FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where do we deliver?

We deliver within 30 miles of Fairview, TN. Please contact us if you are outside of our range.

2. Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery within 10 miles of us is FREE. If you are more than 10 miles of us then there is a delivery fee. Go the the shopping cart and enter your address to get an accurate fee or give us a call.

3. How does pricing work?

Our prices are a flat, fixed rate for one day rentals. For 2 day rentals, give us a call for a quote.

5. How close do I need to be to a water spigot for a wet rental?

The inflatable will have to be able to be set up within 50 feet of a water spigot

6. Will I need to have my own water hose?

We recommend having a 50 foot hose. If you need to rent a longer hose, give us a call so we can add it to your rental for an additional cost.

7. How many inflatables can I rent at a time?

You can rent as many inflatables as you want at a time. Each inflatable has to be hooked up to it's own circuit.

8. What do I do if I do not have an outlet nearby?

No worries! We have generators that you can add to your rental to meet your party's needs

9. Can I pick up the inflatable instead of having it delivered?

To ensure proper setup of the inflatable, we do not allow units to be picked up. Upon delivery of the inflatable, we will go over safety procedures and answer any questions you may have.

10. Do you deliver to parks?

Yes, we can deliver inflatables to parks that allow it. Pleases check with the city/park you are hosting the event for more details. Most of these parks require insurance documentation. Please allow us adequate time to get this documentation to the park facility. This usually takes 1-2 days

11. When is payment due?

We offer two options for payment, you can pay in full or pay half of the price when booking. If you only pay half, then the remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.

12. What Is your Cancellation and Rain Policy?

During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc) Skyline Inflatables LLC reserves the right to cancel your reservation. If your event gets weathered out we will apply your deposit/amount paid for a future date. If you book an inflatable with us and decide you would like to cancel your reservation, your deposit/amount paid will be applied to a future booking or fully refunded if 7 or more days out from your event. If you cancel your booking with us less than 7 days before your rental date you will receive 50% of your deposit back or 25% of the amount if already paid in full. The remaining amount will be held as a credit for a future event. We reserve the right to address each booking on an individual basis. Once inflatables leave our facility the full balance of the inflatable rental is due.
